Feed the Fat Burn the Mucsle or Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle

This article has been viewed 541 times.

I joked in an article the other day that I often type feed the fat burn the muscle or burn the muscle feed the fat by mistake, instead of burn the fat feed the muscle, when talking about the real way to get lean & lose fat – but you know, I’ve figured out that this is exactly what I was accomplishing previously, and is what most people do.

If you’re over weight, out of shape, unhealthy – and if you look 9 months pregnant like I do (unless you’re female and you are indeed pregnant in which case you have a great excuse!) then the likelihood is that you have burned the muscle and fed the fat, all you need to do is do the mirror opposite of what you were doing to get where you are now, and alternatively – burn the fat, and feed the muscle.

For instance, in my case, I was skipping breakfast, and only eating 2 meals per day usually, sometimes three, with large gaps in between – so my body was in starvation mode & my metabolism was very slow. Now with help of Tom Venuto, I am eating breakfast, and I’m eating roughly every three hours, so my body no longer is trying to desperately store every single calorie that isn’t required immediately, into fat – to keep me alive, as it no longer is on alert of a food shortage.

With my earlier “feed the fat burn the muscle” diet, which I had deteriorated into by default (it’s considerably easy to end up burning the muscle & feeding the fat without planning on doing so ) I wasn’t getting enough aerobic exercise, so I wasn’t burning off calories & fat, and my metabolism was still very hindered. Now I’m getting enough cardio every day to ensure that I am burning off calories and fat, and turbo charging my metabolism.

I was paying no attention to the kinds of foods I was eating, and quite commonly I was making the most ordinary & destructive food combination choices which you might be making too (only do this once or twice per week, and you could guarantee that you keep piling on the fat – many people do this daily, and don;t even know it!). Thanks to burn the fat, I now completely appreciate what these disastrous food combinations are & how to prevent them, and I know how to make better food choices, and thanks to Tom Venuto’s simple meal calculation method, I find it very easy to organize my meals to make sure that I’m eating appropriately, and fueling my body in the correct manner.

With my old “Burn the Muscle Feed the Fat” diet, I was paying to little attention to the quantity of food I ate, now I’m following burn the fat feed the muscle instead, I know exactly how many calories I need to take in, and what kind of calories, in order to achieve my fat loss goals.

In the past, I was doing no weight training. Now I appreciate what a turbo charging effect on the metabolism that resistance training has, and I am working on building more muscle, not because I want to look like Arnie (by the way, if you want to study how one becomes successful at anything, just study this guy, champion body builder, massive movie star, govenor of California, this guy understands how to acheive what he wants through imagination and persistence!), but considering even only an inappreciably noticeable affition of lean muscle tissue can make a noticeable positive effect on the metabolism & for that reason on burning the fat.

So – in brief, Burn the muscle feed the fat is the kind of diet that many people just fall into by default, we eat poor foods, we put our body into starvation mode, we miss meals, we get no aerobic exercise, we allow our precious muscle tissue to burn away, we switch our metabolisms almost off, and we do just about everything possible to encourage our bodies to put on fat & put our health at significant risk – if you follow burn the fat feed the muscle, however, you will be working on turning your body into calorie & fat burning machine – you will be eating the right kinds of foods, in the right kinds of volumes, and with the correct timing, and in the right combinations – to make sure that your body will start to perform how it is supposed to perform. Your metabolism will become turbo charged, you will begin to burn fat and develop your muscles – the same time next year, you might not recognize yourself in the mirror!

In fact, I’ve seen how people have entirely transformed themselves in as little as a few months using the burn the method, but just consider a year previously, and how fast that 12 months passed – what if you had a much more realistic purpose of transforming your body during the coming year, imagine how much you could accomplish in only 12 months if you begin now, and just moderately get better each and every day!

Take me for instance (yes, please take him, my wife would probably throw in at this point icon wink Feed the Fat Burn the Mucsle or Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle ) my aim is to shed over 35 pounds in body fat. With a believable objective of 1 pound of fat loss per week, I’ll achieve my aim in about none months time, which means that I’ll have reformed my body before the start of next summer! I know this intention is very doable I keep going and do not give in, I burned 3 pounds in the first week, and a single pound per week is not a difficult task – I can’t fail to accomplish this providing that I do not give up, and I know I won’t give up.

So, there we are – if you would like to get fat, and dangerously unhealthy, then adhere to the burn the muscle feed the fat diet – if you want to transform your physique, health & fitness – then burn the fat feed the muscle instead!
